Cutting timber on the bandsaw

Process

Five stages, from brief to delivery

Every project moves through the same five stages, set up to remove ambiguity at the start and surprises at the end.

01

Brief

We capture intent, dimensions, materials, brand, budget and timing, and agree one specification before drawing starts.

02

Engineering

Shop drawings, 3D models, a prototype and structural checks. Decisions are signed off on paper before they reach the floor.

03

Sourcing

Timber, panels, metals, hardware and composites bought against the approved specification, with chain of custody for export.

04

Production

Joinery, metalwork, composites and finishing in one workshop. Mixed-material pieces are assembled here, not handed off.

05

Inspection & Delivery

Structure, finish, hardware, fit and packing are inspected before crating for ocean freight. We coordinate shipping and installation.

What export-grade means here

Staged QC
Checks at joinery, finishing and final pack. Each piece is signed off against an approved sample before it ships.
Export packing
Custom crates, edge protection, moisture barrier and container load plans built for ocean freight.
Metalwork
Fabrication run to ISO 3834 practice, with adhesion and salt-spray tests on coatings where the brief requires.
Timber legality
Teak and panel stock under SVLK, FSC where specified, with documentation supplied on request.
